Richard Hawley will be perfoming a one off concert at one of his favourite venues, Buxton Opera House on September 2nd 2010.

On 5th June 2010 Richard will be headlining his own mini festival with his band and a variety of support acts.

We are extremely pleased to confirm that the amazing Norma Waterson and Martin Carthy will be performing on the night. Also performing will be Pete Molinari, Smoke Faries, The Lost Brothers and Neil McSweeney. Other acts TBC.
The event will be compered by author and broadcaster Ian Clayton.

We strongly advise that you purchase tickets asap to avoid disappointment.
On the Day:
Campers can arrive from 11am on Saturday 5th to set up. Camping must be pre booked – please see the ‘Camping’ section below to purchase advance camping tickets.
For everyone else parking will be available from 1pm, the Bar will open at 2pm and we expect the first act to be on stage around 3pm. It should all be wrapped up by about midnight.
There will be catering on site provided by Green Gages providing a variety of food including veggie options, check out, gogreengages.com
There will be a Tuck shop for drinks and snacks, but you can of course bring your own grub.
There will of course be a Merchandise Stand, also selling Limited Edition prints of the Teddy Boy’s Picnic poster, designed by artist Martin Bedford.
We believe this will be a night to remember, one not to miss!

Prices per person: £5
Price also includes one car parked in Camping Field (next to your tent) per tent.
Any additional cars can be parked in the Site Car Park.
Just a few important details:
The Site will be open for camping on Saturday, 05 June from 11am
Due to access restrictions; vehicle access in and out of the Camping Field will only be available between 11am until 2pm. If you miss this, you will have to park your car in the car park and carry your camping stuff into the field on foot.
This also means after 2pm you will also not be able to remove your car from the Camping Field. Yes, pending obvious emergency, it’s stuck there until the morning.
Your plot needs to be vacated by 2pm on Sunday. Of course if you wish to stop longer you can book for additional night(s) with Rod or Lisa at www.busheyheathfarm.com
Sorry no gazebos or excessively large tents, due to limited space.
The event is only for 16+ years old.
When your booking is confirmed you will receive a Camping Pass which you will need to show to our site staff when you arrive and display in your car window or on your tent if you’ve had to leave your car in the car park!
