Just finished reading Sweet Thursday, Steinbeck’s fabulous sequel to Cannery Row. Switch on the radio and Richard is talking about my one of my favourite writers. Hugely enjoyable show and the Steinbeck discussion was so interesting. By the way, I can’t stand Heartburn either.
